MY TOOLS

Specialist in Hypno-Bodywork Practice

As a specialist in hypno-corporeal practice, I have developed a unique approach that relies on three primary tools, each infused with a deep passion, a continuous desire to learn, share, and explore the experience of being alive: Russian martial arts, conscious breathing, and hypnosis.

Today, we can only marvel at the connections between the body, emotions, and mind. Together, they form a coherent whole (or not) that communicates, adapts, and interacts with each other and their environment. In short, they are intrinsically linked, offering remarkable perspectives for any work aimed at change, overcoming personal limitations, and aligning with oneself.

Since 2012, I have been guiding my clients through work with movement, breathing, change, communication, the mind-body connection, fear, and all the self-imposed limitations that we create. My aim is to help them better manage and accept their emotions, improve their stress resilience, and foster a more peaceful relationship with themselves.

The hypno-corporeal practice is an approach that allows (1) the perception of what has become fixed in a person's history and how this blockage manifests in their body and psyche, and (2) reactivating movement by working on the body and/or internal processes. Most often, emotions serve as catalysts to transition from one state to the other.

RUSSIAN MARTIAL ART

Russian martial arts serve as a path to self-discovery through the exploration of one's own fears: fear of closeness, physical contact, pain, the judgment of others, ridicule, failure... These are barriers that can hinder us during a violent confrontation or even in everyday life.

It is one of the most direct ways to become aware of your true limits and to surpass them. It allows the development of strength and courage through greater integrity and a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

The four pillars of Russian martial arts are breathing, relaxation or release, posture or form, and movement. While these are fundamental to remaining true to oneself and free in a difficult and stressful situation, these four elements are quickly hindered by our fears, frustrations, and reactions. It is therefore essential to work on them relentlessly so that these pillars become true allies, helping us better manage pressure in daily life and live a fulfilled life in a strong and relaxed body.

CONSCIOUS BREATHING

Conscious breathing is the ultimate art of self-knowledge. It allows you to resonate with the mysteries of your body and the unseen forces around you. The respiratory system is unique in that it can be fully controlled consciously, yet it can also be entirely forgotten, and still, it will function more or less on its own. Reconnecting with your breath means meeting and communicating with your autonomic nervous system, calming yourself on command, and influencing your tensions and thoughts. Learning to breathe is about daring to leave behind your default survival mode and allowing yourself to live fully and consciously. Breathing is, after all, the first thing we do when we enter this world and the last thing we will do when we leave it.

HYPNOSIS

Life is change; everything changes, everywhere and constantly. Through personal investigation, hypnosis and its many facets have emerged as the ideal tool to guide people through their transformations.

Contrary to some misconceptions, we have within us the capacity to learn new behaviors, beliefs, and ways of being. By enabling a deeper, unconscious connection with oneself, hypnosis becomes a powerful catalyst for learning and growth. It allows us to break free from wounded, conditioned patterns of reaction.

Hypnosis helps us communicate better with ourselves, overcome or coexist more peacefully with our fears, and liberate ourselves from limiting thought patterns that hold us back in life. To me, hypnosis is a celebration of regained freedom.

THE DANCE OF MASCULINE AND FEMININE POLARITIES

Within each of us exists both a feminine and a masculine side. Often, there is an imbalance, with one side being overexpressed or underexpressed in certain contexts. Exploring and connecting with these polarities organically brings clarity to one's life and allows for a sense of grounding. On one side, there are sensations, the body, chaos, love, acceptance, receptivity, and the power of the feminine; on the other, there is vision, thoughts, structure, discipline, action, and the power of the masculine. Finding your own balance means learning to enter the dance while choosing a direction.

THE TOLTEC TRADITION

For 25 years now, I have immersed myself in Toltec healing tools, inspired by the writings of Castaneda, Sanchez, Dubant, Ansa, and Marguerie. The path of the warrior and its impeccability, the exercises of non-doing, the distinctions between dreamers and stalkers, as well as between tonal and nagual, have all been sources of deep inspiration for my guidance and personal development, as this wisdom is incredibly relevant due to its practical applicability. The body plays a central role, and the importance of practical exercises and direct experimentation is emphasized, far removed from concepts and ideas that often remain just that.

As Dr. Olivier Vuagnaux says: "Mental understanding is the doorway to bodily consciousness." In other words, it's the beginning of the journey.
