MY PATH

The way out is within, and nowhere else...

Graduated in economics and European criminology, I worked for 10 years in the field of economic and financial intelligence. Traveling across the globe, I conducted numerous investigations related to white-collar crime for affluent families and international groups. Observing that violence often stems from a lack or absence of communication - whether in one's relationship with others or with oneself - I developed a deep passion for people and both extrinsic and intrinsic communication. This realization led me to leave the spheres in which I had invested many years to fully devote myself to what motivated me most.

In 2011, I founded Subrosa Systema, a Russian martial arts school in Geneva, where I encourage students to rediscover and reconnect with their bodies and the world around us. Certified as a Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis by ARCHE in 2012, I later became the director and trainer at A.R.C.H.E. Hypnose Suisse, while continuing to see clients in my practice. From trauma to various forms of addiction, fears, and phobias, as well as learning about our emotions and how we can break free from certain undesirable mental conditioning and patterns, my practice of hypnosis, combined with different tools, helps individuals get back in motion toward change and reclaim agency in their lives.

No matter what each person has experienced in the past or is going through currently, we can get back on our feet, move forward, and advance.

Through my experience as a criminologist in the field, my martial journey, and my practice as a guide, I have spent many years studying body movement, breathing, and the psyche with all its implications and effects: fear, its various manifestations, and the underlying mechanisms, the formation of psychological and physical traumas, as well as communication and thought patterns that too often trap us.

My various research endeavors and the fields in which I have deepened my expertise have led me to create activities tailored to specific requests from groups and individuals seeking meaning and transformation. Currently, my efforts encompass orchestrating seminars, immersive workshops, and holistic training experiences rooted in a hypno-corporeal perspective. This immersive approach equips participants with a repertoire of tools to navigate emotions skillfully while enhancing resilience to stress. I have also created the MAW retreats with my partner, focusing on inner polarities at the heart of union. These retreats, now reserved for couples, invite participants to embrace more balanced and embodied masculine and feminine energies in their relationship with themselves, others, and the world.

In 2020, I decided to transform Subrosa Systema into a unique and visionary online program. The T.R.U.S.T. PROGRAM was born. Initially designed to help people reduce stress levels, become more resilient, and manage pressure effectively, it now caters exclusively to men. Specifically, to men who seek to embody a healthier and more authentic masculinity. By emphasizing bodywork and conscious breathwork, it invites and supports men in reclaiming control over their lives, living in a strong and relaxed body, with a clear mind and an open heart.

At the core of all my work is the body-mind therapeutic paradigm—a framework that resonates particularly in the realms of stress management, pressure, and trauma. My efforts extend their sphere of influence, addressing not only individuals but also the institutions that employ them.

And as you read these words, the journey continues...
