The T.R.U.S.T. program is a masculine alternative to self-care, focusing on physicality. Today, men are often lost, lacking role models and references, and have few alternatives for self-care. They are quickly judged for their emotional detachment, violence, and silence, finding little space to express themselves.
This program encourages men to dare to meet themselves, discover their strength, direction, mission, and purpose. It highlights the mind-body connection, aiming to restore this essential balance. Indirectly, it also seeks to empower women by empowering men, making them stronger so they can better serve and support the women around them by providing security and structure.
By enrolling in this program and fully engaging, you will learn to:
- Master Extreme Pressure: Manage even the most intense pressure with calm and composure.
- Stay Calm Under Fire: Keep a cool head when everything around you is chaotic, transitioning from being a victim of circumstances to the main actor in your story.

Our program is designed for men who:
- Have a nervous system in overdrive or completely shut down, living in survival mode.
- Feel lost in their feminine side, showing indecision, reacting rather than acting, and lacking leadership in their work and relationships.
- Are experiencing a loss of meaning, feeling confused, and lacking a clear direction in their life.
- Devalue themselves in their posture and body.
- Feel like they are failing or lacking the means to achieve their ambitions.
- Escape through compensatory mechanisms such as gambling, alcohol, prostitution, pornography, drugs, food, or meaningless work.
The program is 100% online. It includes videos, audio recordings, and a monthly group Zoom meeting with me. The T.R.U.S.T. CAMP is also now part of the offering.
